NOMNI — Noocratic Open Market Natural Index

NOMNI is the Noocratic Open Market Natural Index, the principal World Currency asset in the proposed Natural Economic Order (NEO) monetary architecture. It connects the World Currency framework with Bitcoin-native asset issuance, Counterparty, community commerce and verifiable financial records.

What is NOMNI?

NOMNI identifies both the principal World Currency denomination and a proposed open-market monetary-index concept. A separate index methodology is needed before an independently calculated index value can be claimed. A blockchain asset does not itself establish a sovereign guarantee, price stability or a redeemable reserve.

Supply, pricing and governance

Circulating supply, locked assets, Treasury allocations, reserves, redemption terms, and fiat exchange rates require independently reviewable evidence. A future NOMNI index methodology should disclose its constituents, market data sources, calculation frequency, governance and rebalancing policy.
