It organizes qualified knowledge into disciplined institutional service by receiving questions, identifying the appropriate field of competence, convening qualified contributors, supervising professional examination, and transmitting findings to the appropriate institution of the Global District.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Council does not substitute expertise for deliberation. Relevant evidence may include education, research, professional credentials where applicable, demonstrated practice, portfolio or published work, institutional service, peer assessment, ethical standing, and continuing study. A title alone does not establish competency outside the field to which the evidence applies.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Colleges &amp; Halls of Knowledge<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Council coordinates the World Professment&#8217;s specialized <a href=\"\/global-district\/world-professment\/colleges-halls-of-knowledge\/\"><strong>Colleges &amp; Halls of Knowledge<\/strong><\/a>, including Education &amp; Noology; Law, Ethics &amp; Justice; Treasury, Finance &amp; Economics; Science, Technology &amp; Infrastructure; Health &amp; Human Development; Indigenous &amp; Cultural Affairs; Diplomacy, Peace &amp; Global Relations; and Environment, Agriculture &amp; Resources.
