The Global District is the international administrative and institutional sphere of the World Temple of Karast. It provides a common framework through which spiritual communities, educators, civic institutions, scholars, leaders, families, organizations, and participating communities may cooperate across borders while preserving their distinct identities and lawful autonomy.<\/p>

Its purpose is coordination: bringing knowledge, service, education, justice, stewardship, economic cooperation, and human development into a coherent global architecture guided by divine intelligence and sound reason.<\/p><\/div>\n

Mission & Mandate<\/h2>

The Global District advances peaceful cooperation, spiritual and intellectual development, education, humanitarian service, cultural exchange, institutional coordination, sustainable development, and responsible systems designed to serve the Global Village.<\/p>

Its governing philosophy is Noocratic: knowledge must mature into understanding, understanding into sound judgment, and sound judgment into service.<\/p><\/div>\n
