The Global District is the international administrative and institutional sphere of the World Temple of Karast. It provides a common framework through which spiritual communities, educators, civic institutions, scholars, leaders, families, organizations, and participating communities may cooperate across borders while preserving their distinct identities and lawful autonomy.
Its purpose is coordination: bringing knowledge, service, education, justice, stewardship, economic cooperation, and human development into a coherent global architecture guided by divine intelligence and sound reason.
Mission & Mandate
The Global District advances peaceful cooperation, spiritual and intellectual development, education, humanitarian service, cultural exchange, institutional coordination, sustainable development, and responsible systems designed to serve the Global Village.
Its governing philosophy is Noocratic: knowledge must mature into understanding, understanding into sound judgment, and sound judgment into service.
The World Forum
A web-native institutional architecture for deliberation, service, education, stewardship, justice, and global development.
World Parliament
Deliberation, representation, policy development, committees, resolutions, and institutional coordination.
World Temple
The spiritual and ethical center supporting ministry, congregation, sacred learning, chaplaincy, and service.
World Education
GISD/GISS and Nu University: global learning, Noology, professional formation, research, and lifelong study.
World Treasury of Merit
Stewardship, merit, economic cooperation, treasury administration, and development initiatives.
World Tribunal
Principled adjudication, mediation, institutional due process, and development of justice systems.

The Global Village
The Global Village is the human network beneath the institutional architecture. Participation may include individuals, families, temples, schools, scholars, professionals, community organizations, cultural bodies, and cooperating institutions. The objective is to create channels through which local knowledge can reach global deliberation and global resources can return to local communities.
