World Court System

World Interfaith Court — World Court System

Electronic court administration, filing, docket access, service tracking, hearings, records, and internal Tribunal workflow.

E-Court Portal

The World Court System provides the electronic operating layer for World Interfaith Court administration. Authorized court personnel may manage case files, notices, hearings, service records, evidence, opinions, communications, deadlines, and audit history through the Tribunal system.

Public Access to Court Electronic Records

Public Access to Court Electronic Records is the World Interfaith Court public-records interface for records that have been expressly designated for public access. It is separate from the United States federal Judiciary’s PACER service and does not imply affiliation with or operation by the federal courts.

Court Administration Boundary

The World Court System records and administers the World Interfaith Court’s ecclesiastical, arbitral, contractual, and internal institutional proceedings. Software records, filing receipts, service records, Tribunal dispositions, and published docket entries do not by themselves create governmental, judicial, police, military, compulsory, or external legal authority beyond the jurisdiction otherwise established by applicable law, agreement, or recognized ecclesiastical process.
