Sacred Distinction
Holy Palace is not the Holy Mecca in Chicago and does not replace, relocate, or supersede it. The Holy Palace is an administrative and ceremonial institution of the World Temple. The Holy Mecca remains distinct within the tradition associated with the Holy Prophet Noble Drew Ali.

From Holy Palace to the Global Village
Holy Palace is being designed not only as an executive gateway, but as the public command center for a larger future network: World Temple City, Nu University, NEO Villages, digital public services, education, commerce, culture, communications, and community infrastructure.
World Temple City — Nu University, Texas
World Temple City is presented here as a developing civic and educational vision centered on a future Nu University presence in Texas. The concept is a living campus-city where learning, research, spiritual life, public service, culture, housing, technology, enterprise, and community life can operate as one coordinated environment.
Nu University Campus
Higher learning, research, teacher development, interdisciplinary study, and advanced GISD/GISS degree pathways. The existing NEO architecture already provides a dedicated public Nu University gateway and authenticated school portal.
Living Learning District
The GISD model already supports learning at home, in schools, temple districts, shared living-and-learning quarters, and field environments. World Temple City extends that principle into a physical community where education and daily civic life reinforce one another.
The Coming NEO Villages
NEO Villages are envisioned as smaller, locally adaptable communities connected to the wider World Temple and NEO network. Rather than duplicating one city everywhere, the village model can scale the same institutional backbone to different regions while allowing each community to develop according to local needs, land, culture, economy, and population.

Future Design Principle
The long-range model is not merely to build websites. It is to connect institutions, physical places, learning systems, community services, and digital infrastructure into one usable civic ecosystem. Holy Palace becomes the ceremonial and administrative front door; World Temple City becomes the flagship campus-city; and NEO Villages become the scalable local expression of the same network.
